- Citizen Circle - Monthly on 4th Thurs. 9:30am to 12:30pm
- Garden of CAYNDness (kindness) - Community garden on corner of Kossouth and Carpenter
- Annual Thanksgiving Basket Give-A-Way - 100 families or more
- Community Development Ambassadors – Monthly on the 3rd Sat. 9:30am to 11:30am; 10 to 15 participants
- R.E.D.D. (Registration, Education, Detection, Donation) Health Coalition – Web based health information site for free and low cost health care services; Additional Classroom Presentations; 456 participants

Community Outreach – Kwanzaa, FESTAC, Information Dissemination, and Education Initiatives (direct contact) 1,500 participants

Youth for the Future of Franklin County (ages 14 to 21) 140 participants – outreach program - basic skills and workforce development.
